No solid gold, no real diamonds, no silver. Made in considered batches and kept in stock, so the design you love ships in days, not weeks. Is the gold real?+

No — and we will never pretend otherwise. Nandai is fashion jewellery: gold-plated brass, finished to a clean, even gold-plate, set with our signature Noor crystal, faux pearls and kundan-look stones. There is no solid gold and no real diamonds. The base metal lets us keep prices honest — you get gorgeous traditional Indian designs you can actually wear.

How long does it take to ship?+

Our pieces are made in considered batches and held in stock, so most orders ship within a few days — not weeks. You are buying a finished, ready-to-wear design, not a made-to-order commission.

How do I pay? Do you offer COD?+

We are prepaid only — no cash on delivery. Pay securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, EMI) or Shop Pay. Prepaid keeps our prices lower and gets your order dispatched faster.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes, on request. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, UAE, Singapore, and Australia. International orders ship insured via FedEx/DHL with declared customs value.

What if it does not fit?+

Seven-day try at home. If the piece does not fit or does not work for your ceremony, we send a courier to pick it up — no return-shipping cost on your side.

How do I care for Meenakari?+

Store in the included pouch. Wear after perfume and skincare have set. Wipe with the included soft cloth after each wear. Avoid contact with water and harsh chemicals. Treated gently, the gold-plate and meenakari-look colour stay bright for a long time.

Is the jewellery hallmarked?+

No — hallmarking certifies the purity of solid gold and silver, and Nandai is gold-plated brass fashion jewellery, not precious metal. Claiming a hallmark would be misleading. What you get instead is honest, beautiful design at a price that matches what it is.

What are the stones made of?+

Our signature stone is Noor crystal — brilliant cut crystal, never billed as a real gem. We also use faux pearls and kundan-look and polki-look stones. They are chosen to capture the look of heritage Indian bridal jewellery, not to imitate precious gemstones.
